Use high-resolution artwork at final print size wherever possible. Vector files are ideal for logos and lettering, while high-quality raster artwork is suitable for photographs and textured illustrations. Fine lines and small lettering should be checked at actual size, particularly for left-chest branding. A design that looks sharp on a large monitor can lose clarity when reduced to 80 mm wide.
