DTF Printer for DTF Transfers
The printed DTF transfers produced by the DTF Magic® 60PRO 2-Head Printer deliver vibrant, soft-feel images with exceptional durability. Unlike many traditional print methods, no pre-treatment or garment preparation is required — regardless of fabric colour or composition.
Powered by the latest Epson i3200 dual printhead technology, the system prints full-colour transfers, including white, in a single pass, achieving production speeds significantly faster than many competing processes. Combined with a fully automated finishing unit that applies and cures the hot-melt adhesive powder, this printer reduces manual labour requirements while enabling output of up to 12 linear metres per hour — a 25% improvement over previous models.
The dual printheads operate in perfect harmony: the first applies CMYK colour, while the second deposits a precisely controlled layer of white ink for complete coverage and accurate registration.
The DTF Magic® 60PRO 2-Head model is fully profiled for DTF Magic Low Sediment Inks and Kodak Film. These industry-leading materials, both OEKO-TEX certified, ensure outstanding stretch, wash durability, and long-lasting vibrancy on every print.
