Where fine detail is commercially important, such as chest logos, neck labels or small promotional graphics, the whole workflow needs to be set for precision rather than raw speed.

Patchy or inconsistent white ink

A sensible routine is to change one variable at a time and test again. If you clean the head, swap film, alter the profile and adjust the print mode all at once, you will not know what actually solved the problem.

DTF is not immune to workshop conditions. Temperature and humidity affect ink behaviour, film handling and print stability. In a busy production room, these factors are easy to overlook because the machine itself takes the blame first.

If the room is too cold, inks can thicken and flow less predictably. If conditions swing through the day, output may vary between morning and afternoon runs. Static can also interfere with media handling, especially in drier conditions.
